Linda Quarles, Director of Organizational Design
As Director of Organizational Design at frog, Linda brings more than two decades of leading organizational transformations. Her previous experience at Microsoft, Owens Corning, BAE Systems and CIGNA allow her to bring compassion and empathy for leaders driving change in large, complex organizations. She holds a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Turi Mckinley, Executive Director of Org Activation
Turi McKinley, Executive Director of Org Activation, specializes in building innovative design practices. Her 15+ years in design have encompassed questions from as broad as the right to knowledge to as narrow as the design of an underarm deodorant bottle. Her experience encompasses design research, interaction and service design, and focuses on building organizational capabilities and creative collaboration and innovation practices. She holds an MFA in design and technology from the Parsons School of Design.
